3) replace 01 in rtmp://fms.scctv.net/annenberg//vod/physics_for_the_21st_century_01 with 02, 03 so on till 11... change output file name every time too-
4) create torrent and seed!

You can download other course videos from learner.org similarly and create torrents for the same... please help in creation and seeding :D
